Needs to improve the lobby
Take my word - this hotel sucks! The feeling there is terrible. The heating was not operating when we were checking in there. They keep the bed not clean, the room-service was useless, and also I ultra disapproved of the way not cosy the lobby was!! I was barely fine with every aspect of this place. People in this hotel were crummy. In brief, this place is a crowded hotel!!!!

It was my first stay in Amsterdam. I decided to take a room in Ben Hotel Amsterdam. I truly detested it. I was not thrilled with how unclean they keep the bathroom, and the room-service was totally useless! I was annoyed with this joint. The guests near me were really vocal. Add to that, the suite was dreadful. To sum up, I don't recommend this hotel.

Let me advice you, this place is the greatest in Amsterdam!! The moment we got to the hotel we knew it's gonna be a nurturing hotel. Everybody there are exceptional. I fancied how the lobby was chic, the bed was spotless, and the check in service workers were good-hearted - I was very pleased with every aspect of this hotel. I was dazzled my suites. To conclude, this place is a spectacular hotel.

I came to Amsterdam for the 2nd time, and I slept at this place and I was absolutely there. The experience here is wonderful. I was satisfied my suites. Everyone in this hotel were fun. Furthermore, I enjoyed the bed - it was utterly homelike, I extremely appreciated the main lobby, and the bathroom was clean: I was pleased with this hotel., I would lodge at Ben Hotel Amsterdam sometimes in the future!!
