AmsterdamRoom combines private furnished rooms and shared living facilities with weekly cleaning of communal areas, clear private-room cleaning responsibilities and professional technical maintenance support.
Private rooms with practical support already arranged.
Each resident has a private furnished room. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway and shared living area are communal. Gas, water, electricity and high-speed internet are included. Bed linen and towels are optional: use what is available or bring your own pillow, duvet, blankets, sheets and towels.
Management arranges weekly cleaning of shared areas, including the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and hallway. Residents clean their own rooms and leave shared facilities tidy after use. Toilet paper is included in the monthly price. Using the washing machine with our laundry detergent costs €5 per load; residents can alternatively buy and use their own detergent. Management also performs weekly property checks and handles technical maintenance or repairs involving the washing machine, other appliances, pipes, drains, blockages, sinks and sanitary facilities. Problems can be reported through the dedicated service contact.
A designated management workspace is located in the shared living area. The manager may be present there during working hours for administration, property management and resident support. The workstation and management computer are private staff-use facilities.
For urgent incidents and emergencies, a manager is reachable 24/7. Routine requests are handled during normal service hours.

Shared Coffee Point
A small shared coffee and tea station is available in the hallway with reusable cups and basic facilities.
Supply policy: A complimentary starter supply of coffee and tea may be provided. It is not an unlimited daily refill service; residents can use their own compatible coffee or tea supplies afterwards.
