How the apartment is managed

Private rooms with practical support already arranged.

Each resident has a private furnished room. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway and shared living area are communal. Gas, water, electricity, high-speed internet, bed linen and towels are included in the managed stay.

Shared areas are cleaned regularly and the property receives a weekly check. Normal household maintenance and essential issues involving water, plumbing, the refrigerator, washing machine and other core facilities can be reported through a dedicated service contact.

A designated management workspace is located in the shared living area. The manager may be present there during working hours for administration, property management and resident support. The workstation and management computer are private staff-use facilities.

For urgent incidents and emergencies, a manager is reachable 24/7. Routine requests are handled during normal service hours.
